This property offers you two lounges; the master lounge includes a wide screen Freeview TV & DVD, luxurious leather couches and offers panoramic views of the garden looking towards Shell Island and the sea. The second is a lounge diner containing a large dining table, seating eight, music system, log burning fire and a modern comfy couch to relax on.
The house contains one twin and three double bedrooms; bedroom one features built in wardrobes, dresser, double bed, TV and picture window looking out over the gardens. The well proportioned twin room includes a television, en-suite bathroom, and has plenty of space for extra beds. The family bathroom and second double bedroom sit between these rooms. The third double bedroom and accompanying bathroom is situated on the ground floor.
Pant-Yr-Onnen has a luxury farm style, fully fitted kitchen with range style gas cooker, central heating and modern appliances a utility room leads off from the kitchen. Opposite the house is a double garage containing a table tennis table and other garden games upstairs you'll find the games room with a pool table and music system. A summerhouse is located adjacent to the main house containing two bunk beds and a toilet but is only available as sleeping accommodation during the warmer summer months.
Two lovely beaches are only a short walk away - the stunning sweep of golden sands at Harlech and the smaller Llandanwg set beyond sand dunes with its high quality café.
Beautiful valleys, ancient woodland, lakes, meandering rivers and breathtaking views of the Cambrian coast and Snowdonia in the countryside behind Portmeirion and the famous Ffestiniog Railway and Dolgellau are all within a short drive. Harlech and Llanbedr, the old county towns located nearby have lots of interesting sixteenth to eighteenth century architecture, quirky little streets featuring eateries and local pubs offer a variety of dining opportunities. For a treat try the Castle Cottage Hotel or the Penhelig Hotel in Aberdovey, an easy 30 minute drive.
