The Coach House Surrounded by peaceful fields and woodland, this beautifully restored former Coach House is situated just below our renovated 17th century farmhouse, within the confines of the farm estate. Its ample gardens, patio and BBQ area provide plenty of space for kids to explore while the rest of the family enjoy a relaxing afternoon.

Interior

The Coach House interior has been renovated to a high standard, and offers four bedrooms sleeping eight people in total, with three bathrooms - two of which are en suite.

The ground floor bedrooms include a large double featuring an antique brass bed with en suite bathroom, easy chair and chaise longue. A well proportioned single room is located next door. Upstairs you will find an en suite family room containing one double and one single bed. Adjacent to the family room is a twin room and family bathroom as well as a large landing with a reading and relaxation area.

The remainder of the house features an elegant dining room seating eight people, luxurious Provencal-style kitchen with modern appliances and a four person dining area, utility room, cloakroom with WC and washbasin, spacious lounge including TV, DVD & VCR and basic Sky package, patio with BBQ and garden furniture.

Location

The Coach House sits in 20 acres of land within Snowdonia National Park, forming part of a renovated 17th century farmstead. The property is half a mile from the pretty village of Llanbedr on the A496 coastal road between Aberystwyth and Porthmadog. Llanbedr village is only a 10 minute walk away and offers a variety of eating establishments, pubs and local shops.
