This is a semidetached cottage with two steps up to the front door, leading to a cosy lounge and a 2’6” (76.2cm) hallway. Stairs up to the second floor turn half way across a small platform, and include a hand rail on the right hand side. There is one bedroom to the left at the top of the stairs, the second and third bedrooms are on the same level with the bathroom at the far end. All rooms have bedside lamps and mains lighting. Light switches are at approx 5ft (or less) from the floor, power points are at 2ft (or less) and the kitchen power points sit at work top level. The property’s garden is all on one level, except for one step up to the back door.
